The server which contains your hosting account will be offline on the night of 29th September 2009, between 10:00pm and 2:00am (BST). Your account will be inaccessible for one hour sometime during this period.
We do not anticipate any problems with the maintenance, but we do recommend you take a full backup of anything stored in your hosting account before we do the the work.
We have planned carefully for this routine maintenance and will have plenty of engineers onsite to make sure everything goes smoothly.
PLEASE NOTE: this ONLY affects customers on our Windows Plan and not any of our shared linux hosting plans (Starter, Commerce or Advanced Plan).
