We care about our environment as much as everyone else and in fact we were one of the first web hosting websites in the UK to go carbon neutral back in 2008. Using our friends at coco2.org, we invest in a range of projects from planting trees in Devon though to supplying low income villagers in South Africa with energy efficient lighting. We know that the broader the range of products we invest in the greater our overall impact will be. In January this year, we helped offset 8.1 tonnes of CO2.

What is Carbon Offsetting?
Put simply, carbon offsetting is the method by which you can minimise your impact on the environment through global warming.  For every one ton of CO2 your website activities produce, you can enable levitra cheap one ton to be saved somewhere else in the world.

This is done through projects such as planting trees, creating wind farms or investing in renewable energy projects. For example, if your web site needs electricity that emits half a ton of CO2 per year, then we could plant trees that offset that effect by taking half a ton of CO2 out of the atmosphere.
