Making your website Google friendly
Google is certainly one of the worlds most popular internet search engines in use today.

Are your forwarding your mail to an
AOL e-mail address?
AOL's spam reporting facility is floored and can seriously affect your e-mail service.

Some customers have e-mail forwarded from their simplewebhosting.co.uk account to their own AOL e-mail address. The problem arises when an AOL user marks a forwarded message as spam - AOL's system thinks the spam came from our server and then puts a mark against our network; enough of these marks will stop mail being received from our system.

This is an issue we've raised with AOL but no fix seems imminent. The only way around it at the moment is to stop forwarding mail to AOL or stop using the spam button in AOL's mail reader.
