Domain Name Registration Or Transfer
We are an authorised registrar of the major gTLDs (.com, .org, .net), the new generic domains (.biz and .info) and the UK (.co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk) domain names. If you do not currently have a domain name, we can register a name of your choice. Alternatively, you can transfer an existing domain name on to your account. Unlimited Subdomains
Subdomains are a way of creating separate accounts within your master account, which are accessed as separate URLs. For example, you could set up a "timber" subdomain on your master account "hardware.com", which would be accessed as "timber.hardware.com".

Unlimited Parked Domains
You can 'park' or 'point' any number of domain names at your hosting account. This is useful when you want to have more than one domain name showing the same website. Eg. "hardware.com" and "hardware.co.uk".

Unlimited POP3 Mailboxes
A POP3 mailbox is a password protected area where mail is stored until you are ready to read it using a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. You can create a mailbox for each person or department in your organisation.

Unlimited E-mail Addresses
You can configure as many e-mail addresses at your domain name(s) as required. Mail to any address can be sent either to a POP3 mailbox on our server or forwarded to an existing e-mail address elsewhere. Mail sent to an address for which you have not configured a specific destination can be sent to a default location.

SMTP Outgoing Mail Server
You have access to your own SMTP mail server using mail.yourdomain.com. This means you will be able to send e-mail without having to dial-up to a particular ISP and from any location anywhere in the world.

IMAP
Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) is another method for collecting and reading your e-mail.

Modify MX Records
Mail Exchanger (MX records) control where your e-mail is delivered to. By default, this is set to your hosting server so you can download your e-mail from our server but you can change this if you want to have your mail sent to another server.

E-mail Filtering
You can have the server automatically filter your incoming e-mail. This could be useful for discarding unwanted messages.

Antivirus Protection
Computer viruses distributed through the e-mail system can cause untold harm to users unfortunate enough to receive them. Our mail servers scan your e-mails for known viruses alerting you to the danger before damage is done.
