If you have a connectivity problem then check with your friends and colleagues who use other Internet Access Providers to see if they have the same problem. If they do not see the same problem as you then please contact your Internet Access Provider.
If you are a dedicated server customer and you have a remote reboot port login, use it to reboot your server once you have established the problem is specific to your server and cannot be resolved in any other way (e.g. server unresponsive).
Send us a support e-mail. We monitor e-mail constantly and will prioritise your problem and respond accordingly.
If you do not receive a positive outcome from the above steps, we offer the facility to page a duty technician. Please be aware this should be reserved only for the most extreme cases. If your problem can be resolved in another way, please use those means.
