The Brampton Day Nursery Out of
School Club terms and conditions for all parents who
place their child with us.
All fees must be paid in advance - either weekly or monthly.
We accept payment by cheques or cash. In the event that you wish
to terminate your place at the nursery, two weeks notice in writing
is required.
All clothing must be clearly labelled and all children must
have a complete change of clothes with them. We cannot be held
responsible for any clothing that is lost if it is not labelled.
In the interests of the children we can not allow a child to
attend if they are ill or have had sickness or diarrhoea within
the previous 48 hours. Full fees are payable for any time off
due to illness.
The nursery will be closed on all bank holidays and over Christmas,
full fees are applicable at this time. Full fees are due for any
other absence from nursery.
We recommend that you do not bring any toys from home as the
nursery cannot be held responsible for them were they to become
broken or lost.
You are required to inform the nursery should your child not
be attending on the day that they are due in.
All children must be collected by 18.25 if they are doing an
afternoon session. A penalty of £5 will be charged for every
fifteen minutes that you are late collecting your child.
The nursery requires due notice if anyone other than the parent
is due to collect your child, we require a photo or description
of the person collecting and a password may also be necessary.
Sun cream and sunhats must be provided otherwise children will
not be allowed to play outside.
If you have had to collect your child from school for any reason
then you must inform nursery before normal collection time to
avoid any problems.
Part hours will be charged at the full hourly rate.
We reserve the right to take your child to the hospital in an
emergency.
