UPS Power Backup

Each night we backup our entire system onto another hard drive which means in the event of system failure, you should have not lost any files. We also keep daily, weekly and monthly mirrors of your data.

 

Network Monitoring

The critical services on all of our services are monitored redundantly: once by the servers themselves, and once by an external monitoring system. If a service fails, the server is aware of it within 120 seconds and automatically informs our technicians as well as attempting to restart the service itself.
