These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the simplewebhosting.co.uk 'Recommend a Friend' Programme. By participating in The Programme you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• simplewebhosting.co.uk will reward you with a £5 credit applied to your account for every new customer who makes a purchase on your recommendation.
• Purchases included in this promotion include any shared or reseller web hosting plan.
• Credits are automatically applied against your next invoice whether this is for a renewal or new order. They can be used as part-payment for any order of more than £5.
• Recommended customers must be new to simplewebhosting.co.uk. They must use your 'Recommend a Friend' unique link when placing their first order. You can find your unique link in your client area (click the 'login' button at the top of any of our pages) or in your welcome e-mail.
• Your £5 credit will be applied to your account 28 days after your friend's order, provided that both yours and their accounts are still 'Active' and the order hasn't been cancelled.
• Realtime statistics are available in your client area showing the number of friends who have used your unique link, the number of signups and the amount of credit you have accumulated.
• We reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this Programme at any time without notice.
